parking & travel

All Elf Explorer trains will depart from Oxenhope Station.

We have limited car parking at Oxenhope station, and therefore you can arrive by the following means:

  • Book a car parking space (whilst spaces last) at Oxenhope when you book your Elf Explorer tickets. 
  • Park at Haworth Station or surrounding car parks and use our Park and Ride service to Oxenhope.
  • Hop on our free Elf Explorer bus service to Oxenhope; the bus will stop at any bus stop on the route, see the route below.

If you live locally, please use public transport to Oxenhope or one of our stations to use the park-and-ride train service.

Park & Ride

Enjoy a stroll around the village of Haworth and climb up the famous cobbled Main Street before or after your Elf Explorer experience. There are multiple private car parks in Haworth, which are short walking distance from the railway station or close to the free shuttle route.

Please note some of the car parks are situated on steep hills.
